I called and the owner answered. I explained we were three days without a garage disposal. He offered next day service. They arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. Sam cleaned up when complete. It was amazing. Everything works perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Mike and his team were great, efficient and trustworthy. They removed our old swamp cooler, put a new air-conditioner on our roof and put in a new furnace. I was impressed that Mike, the founder and owner, actually led the crew. My wife was impressed how he showed incredible respect for his crew and how they all analyzed and went through a troubleshooting analysis of the installation. They were professional. They not only came on time, they arrived early. We did not have to pay anything until the job was done, and they were completely trustworthy. The price was completely reasonable as well. Plus Mike got along with our dog which was a plus. I don't think you can find anyone better.

I recently bought a house with an out-dated HVAC system that was repeatedly malfunctioning. Although there were clients scheduled ahead of me, the short wait for a consultation & estimate from Gustafson's was well worth it. Mike explained several possible options with consideration for my priorities, budget, long-term efficiency, & likely need for future service calls. When installing my new dual heat pump with furnace backup, he demonstrated conscientious pride in workmanship, going beyond industry standard to insulate roof connections, install safeguards against leaks, & make sure the unit would work well into the future. It was evident that this company values thoughtful , competent craftsmanship over frequent sales or future service calls.

I was plagued with an issue between my radiant heat, water heater, and new Nest thermostats. I had other companies come out and troubleshoot, but to no avail. That led me to research great, reputable businesses to assist in this problem that was driving me crazy. I decided to call Gustafson's through that process. The entire customer journey exceeded my expectations, from the prompt answer to my call, troubleshooting patience, and the timeliness of repair. I don't like reviewing companies, but my experience is worthwhile to share. I will be recommending Gustafson's to family and friends.

Mike and his team are simply amazing! They converted my swamp cooler to refrigerated air, and while I haven’t yet used it, I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Everyone was incredibly polite and professional, and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. Mike is a true perfectionist — he went above and beyond to ensure that the equipment and venting system would satisfy building code requirements. They even pointed out and fixed some clearly non-code-compliant issues from a previous hot water heater and furnace installation performed by TLC 6 years ago. Gustafson’s is the only HVAC company I will ever use again!

Great job and very happy using Mike Gustafson. He's also a forward thinker and saw potential issues before the project started (not after), that's what i like with good subcontractors. We had two water coolers installed with new copper. ball valves, and easy access drain lines. BTW- I do not give many reviews, decided A+ on this one. Bart R

From the initial phone call to Leslie who promptly answered the phone, to the completed job done by Manuel - EXCEPTIONAL service!!! We bought this home 2 yrs ago and never was very warm. The first winter we went through a lot of firewood. Now this second winter, ran out of firewood and used 2 large space heaters trying to stay warm. Our radiant heating system was not heating well. Started to make unusual noise and water leaking from a pipe outside the house at the front door. After doing some research on our heating system, I learned that it should have been looked at every year to make sure it is working properly. Our home was built in 1995. I’m pretty sure the system had not been attended to for some time, if at all. After speaking with Mike, the owner, txt’d him pictures of the boiler and a video of the sound it was making. He said he would send out a tech out in the morning with some parts he thought would be the remedy. Manuel arrived, on time, with the parts and fixed the problem. Wow!!! Unbelievably fast and efficient service! Manuel is very kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and did a superb job!!! Couldn’t be happier with the job done and the customer service!!! We will be having Gustafson’s Heating Cooling and Plumbing do the yearly checkup from now on!! If you’re in need of a trustworthy and reputable company who will treat your heating, cooling and plumbing needs like it was their own, give them a call. You’ll be happy you did!
